Dining Out

No Snacking Between Meals

"What the hell are you...? Spit that out, right now!"

Xander spat.

"I'm hunnnnnnnnnnngry, Sire. I was only going to..."

"I know what you were 'only going to do', you and that bottomless pit of a stomach of yours. We'll find us something decent to eat once we've finished up here, Xander, but there's no way I'm letting you snack on this scum. I warn you, if another drop of Finn blood passes your lips, I'll whip you till... "

Xander's eyes gleamed.

"Oh, for...! If you take another bite I swear I'll hide your favourite paddle for a week!"

Fun With Food

The blood was absolutely everywhere.

It pooled in the dips and hollows of the worn green linoleum. It dripped slowly, rhythmically, from the flour-dusted countertops, and ran in tiny rivulets down the sunflower patterned walls. The bold splashes of colour added an eye-catching touch of drama to the gleaming white appliances in the room.

A rough-hewn, solid oak table and matching chairs lay overturned and broken, spattered with gore. And amidst the lurid wreckage, eyes alight with glee, stood Xander, manic energy thrumming through his veins so fast he quivered.

"That was fun, Sire! Can I do it again?"

"'Course."

All Natural Ingredients

"Nearly there, Pet... A few more steps... That's it."

With a sigh of relief, Spike released his giggling, swaying bundle, and watched as Xander sprawled out onto the bed, trying to do the backstroke across the quilt.

"It's soooooooooo sparkly, Spike. Soooooooooo spikely, spark." Another fit of hysterics curled him into a shaking ball, and Spike began to unlace the boot that was closest to his hip.

"Did you even hear me tell you about Woodstock? Listed all the warning signs and everything, I did, and yet you go and find the only stoned hippy in the whole damn city..."

Time For Dessert

Spike loved to watch Xander play with his food. The fragments of hyena left inside his childe were never closer to the surface than when he'd finally singled out his prey and was circling to move in for the kill. At that point the clumsy, grinning boy Spike found so bloody adorable morphed into a creature whose grin was feral, his movements lithe. That animalistic laugh gave Spike the shivers and got him hard each time he heard it rise and fall as his lover taunted his latest meal.

Then, once his boy was fed, it was time for dessert...
