Through Other Eyes

Angel

Xander Harris, vampire. Xander Harris, only childe of William the Bloody. Xander Harris, latest addition to the clan Aurelius. No matter how he tried to get his head around the fact, Angel couldn't quite seem to take it in.

The bane of his existence, William - Spike - had got the chip removed and hurried home to turn the boy who'd sent him off to hell. Obviously the PTB had decided he hasn't suffering enough and had picked the most effective way to remedy that.

Once the idea was in his head, it was impossible to ignore the erotic images it provoked.

Willow

She'd never forget that she'd thought it was sweet, Xander finally falling for someone who had obviously fallen just as hard for him. And despite the fact that 'someone' was a mass-murdering male vampire, she'd been supporto gal and stood up for them against Buffy and even Giles' pleas for sanity.

She'd watched Xander blossom under Spike's intense, obsessive brand of love, and she'd been happy for him, happy for them both.

Now every time she closes her eyes she sees Spike holding Xander like he'll never let him go, and she wonders how she could have been so blind.

Drusilla

She woke, purring happily, from dreams of twisted silicon and chocolate coloured, misbehaving kittens. Pulling on a robe she ran outside to share the news with her closest friends, the brightly winking stars.

"My darkling prince has made his match so now we can go forward. Pretty soon now I'll have Daddy right where he belongs."

She spun and whirled, a velvet-lace tornado in the pearly moonlight, offering up her visions of pretty boys all drenched in blood. She could see them, hear them, smell them, almost taste them on her tongue and knew they'd help her Daddy be again.

Angelus

Watching, he could see that William - Spike - had changed beyond his every expectation. He was stronger now than Angelus himself had been at that age, more confident, more ready to defy his Master's voice. A Master in his own right and a Sire now to boot, he radiated power from every pore. It made him proud.

They fitted together beautifully as he'd always known they would: physically opposite, emotionally too similar to call. He watched them loving, sharing, caring, touching and he wondered, as the newly re-empowered head of the Aurelius Clan, could he get an invite to their bed?
